Margaret Foreman Blue with Yellow fused glass earrings
Margaret Foreman lives in Broadstairs, Kent and is a well respected artist, specialising in portraiture, landscapes, still life and interiors. She trained at Goldsmiths and the Royal Academy and is represented by The New Grafton Gallery, London. Margaret has won a long list of prizes including: Arthur Hacker, British Institute, Royal Overseas League Commonwealth Prize, Landseer Prize and BP Portrait Award. Her work can be seen in The National Portrait Gallery, The Royal Museum, St John’s College Oxford, Downing College Cambridge and University Of Cardiff. Her portrait of The Very Reverend Alan Webster hangs in St Paul’s Cathedral.
Aside from her intricate oil paintings, Margaret finds new ways to create beautiful things like these gorgeous fused glass earrings, which often incorporate dichroic elements, shining different colours as they move in the light.
