Bini & Blossom linoprint lantern pot 'Flowers'
These rigid pots were designed to use with battery tealights or a candle or tealight in a glass pot put inside the piece. There is a strong base and the fabric is backed with a strong vinyl to keep it in shape. You could just use it as a beautiful pen pot or fill an empty jam jar with water and flowers to place inside!
Sophie is Bini and Blossom, who found her love of lino printing whilst studying Textile and Surface Design at the University of Buckinghamshire. All her products are hand-printed using the lino print technique, making each unique as well as a real labour of love. After training Sophie worked in central London as a handbag designer for high street fashion chains. Now with her own designs her aim is to offer colourful pieces using imagery from long ago, with a modern colour pallet and playful composition to offer unique and original products. She says "Now working from my studio in Herne Bay on the Kent coast, I hand print my designs, which are bold, colourful and quirky."
