Clay Root ceramic pineapple or rose brooches, with 1970s elements
Garon was a make of ceramic jewellery in London in the 1970s. Our collection by Clay Root is made now, from the ceramic pieces made 50 years ago, by a relative of the original jewellery designer/maker. Clay Root has been creating this modern jewellery which has a distinctly retro feel. The range includes stud earrings, drop earrings, brooches, bracelets and rings.
Here are two really unusual and quirky brooches, one a pineapple and the other a cactus type of flower. We love the colours and the gold slip decoration - true vintage!
The pineapple is 4cm x 3cm and the rose is 4cm x 3.5cm
