Iridescent purple brown freshwater pearl short necklace by Sarah Beevers

This neat necklace is a shorter length, one that fits just around the base of the neck so works well with a dress or top of almost any neckline and also sits inside an open neck shirt or blouse. The colour of the beautifully fat, round freshwater pearls is a muted deep purple brown, with a lovely iridescent quality. The necklace has a bar and loop clasp in silver plate. It is finished with a little tag of a silver-plated heart with the maker name and 'handmade with love' motto. 

The necklace measures 39cm.

The pearls are approx. 9mm across.

Sarah Beeves makes all her jewellery by hand in her studio near Deal, Kent. She sells in galleries and small design-led shops and is one of the makers we have worked with at Nice Things since our earliest days. She constantly makes new pieces and adds new ideas to her range, and the workmanship is beautiful.
