Present Card with handmade glass Seahorse decoration, by Dreya Glass

When you need a small gift, which has integrity and is beautifully made, we think these Seahorse glass cards are just perfect. The glass decoration comes with a ribbon or string tie so they can be hung as a keepsake and is handmade by Dreya Glass in Cornwall. Our collection is of teither the Blue or Gold Seahorses. 

The cards are beautiful quality, printed onto 300g textured card.

Size is 15cm x 15cm, with an envelope. Cards are blank inside. 

To post these cards, we recommend using a padded envelope or strong card one. 

Please note that every item is made by hand individually, so the colours will vary a little and the ribbon or string will also vary.  

THE MAKER

Dreya is based in Cornwall and we met her a few years ago, falling in love with her work, which goes up to huge wall pieces, reflecting the natural world and the coastline surrounding her. We have occasional pieces with fish and love her huge waves. 

Dreya was born in Africa and lived in Lagos until her family moved back to the UK, in Cornwall. "I discovered glass by accident, through my landlady whilst studying at Falmouth art college, falling instantly in love with the look and the process of working with glass. Its colour, its reflections and translucent quality instantly captured my heart. To me it has a similar quality to water. It is enigmatic; you can look at it, or through it. It is there and not there and can create a potent visual effect, either opulent or subtle. I love the challenge of designing for different buildings, interiors and people, whether a large architectural piece or an intensely personal small piece.“
