Delivery & Packing

All items are wrapped in white tissue with a Nice Things sticker, with price tags removed.

Delivery is FREE if you live in Thanet (CT7, CT8, CT9, CT10, CT11 & CT12)  whatever the size or weight of your order. 

We tried to keep all our deliveries free, but right now it's sadly just too costly for us to continue this offer. Nationwide, we charge a £2.50 flat rate for orders less than 1kg. Heavier parcels are charged at: 

1kg - under 2kg £4.25

2kg - under 5kg £5.75

5kg - under 10kg £6.25

10kg - 15kg £9.00. 

Our standard deliveries are via Evri. You may choose an alternative method if you wish, but need you to let us know at checkout and this may result in an extra cost - for example if you want a signed delivery or urgent delivery.   

Providing an item is in stock it should be despatched within 48 hours. If it needs to be ordered or made especially, we will notify you of the lead time, which may be 3 days or up to 3 weeks for a special order. If you need a package urgently please contact 07939 542990 and we will facilitate as you require.
